The minor, seven-year-old Rakesh Kumar Yadav of Gadhimai Municipality-1, was stole ten days back while he was playing before his home.The captured have been distinguished as Ashok Yadav, 22, Bikki Yadav, 18, of Gadhimai Municipality, Rautahat, and Mohan Sah of Dewahiguna Municipality-3. Ashok and Bikki are the neighbors of the kidnapped youngster.
